according to the Organising Committee’s decisions and given to each
responsible before the start of tournament. Every single
modification, whatsoever, is at the OC’s competences.
a. Attendance of full teams on the ice
: 10
minutes before each match, according to schedule.
Missing team : match lost by default
: Training : 5 minutes
: National anthems : 3 minutes

: Ice making 15mn
: 1st period 20mn non stop
: Ice making 12 + 3mn
for starting
: 2nd period 30mn non stop
: If entering the last five minutes of the second period, there is only one goal difference, the time is stopped
c. Points per match
- victory after compulsory time : 3 points
- victory after goal shootings : 2 points
- defeat after goal shootings : 1 point
- defeat after compulsory time : 0 point
d. Final
: same
conditions for 1st , 2nd & 3rd period under b.
in case of level at the end of 3rd period :
- 5-minute extra time according to “sudden death” 4 players + 1 goalkeeper
- if necessary, min. 3 goal shootings
classifying of teams according to results and winning points
In case of level, the teams are classified following to:
1. direct confrontations and if necessary
2. goal average
3.
goals scored
4. goals received
penalties are decided in the IIHF regulation, except :
- misconduct : no game suspension
- match penalties – upon the organising committee's decision
A team that hasn’t paid the full contribution fees or the balance
before the start of the tournament can be excluded of the
tournament.
